Here we are! A behind the scenes look at the day in the life of a South Florida Realtor. Sometimes closing day comes down to the final few minutes! With just 15 minutes before close of business on a stormy Friday afternoon, Salefish Properties personally delivered the paperwork needed to complete the sale. Without it, these first time homebuyers would have faced a weekend in a hotel with two cats, movers already scheduled and an expiring interest rate lock.

Thankfully, everything was completed on time, and this young couple, could begin settling into their new home. At Salefish Properties, we do what it takes to get our clients home.
