An amazing night celebrating my Grandpa’s retirement of his 62 devoted years to Old Tappan. 8 years as Mayor, 20 as town council, and 34 as police chief. The amount of people that came to show their appreciation and gratitude for his commitment to our community will be a night I never forget! Cheers and congrats Pop 👏🏻
