She discovered me on TikTok and reached out via email, looking for a real estate agent to guide her through the home buying process.

Navigating the home buying process can feel daunting, especially for first-timers in today's market. Setting clear expectations beforehand can make all the difference! ๐Ÿกโœจ

Before diving into property viewings, I made sure to discuss market dynamics, criteria, budget, and timing with my client. By doing so, we were able to approach the process with ease and confidence, avoiding unnecessary stress along the way.
