🏢 CONDO FINANCING WATCH LIST: HOBOKEN & JERSEY CITY
One of the biggest reasons a condo transaction gets delayed—or falls apart—is not the buyer’s finances. It is an issue involving the condominium project itself.
Potential concerns may include structural or deferred maintenance, pending litigation, inadequate insurance coverage, special assessments, insufficient reserves, commercial-space limitations or other project eligibility issues.
Based on the New Jersey condo financing watch list provided, the following properties may require additional lender review:

Project conditions and lender requirements can change at any time. Some associations may have resolved their issues, while other concerns may have developed since the list was prepared. Buyers should confirm the project’s current status with their lender, attorney and real estate professional before relying on this information.
