PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT CAPC BROKERAGE LLC WHO D/B/A INTERGRO REAL ESTATE
The purpose of this letter is to notify the public and (especially any Boards of Realtors, Clients, Agents, Multiple Listing Services, or Attorneys that have any deals that are alive with any CAPC Brokerage LLC agents) that I, Matthew Meyer, resigned as Broker of Record of CAPC Brokerage LLC (d/b/a Integro Real Estate) effective as of 3/11/2022.
Officially a “Closing Office Affidavit” was filled out and sent to the NJ Real Estate commission notifying them I have removed myself as Broker of Record as of 3/11/2022. Per the instructions of this document, this letter is covering Paragraph 7 of my requirements which reads as follows:
“7. I have notified all parties in ongoing or pending transactions that I have ceased engaging in the real estate brokerage business, or that I will hereafter be engaging in the business in another capacity. Where I was holding any f their funds as an escrow agent, I have notified them of the name of the new custodian, if any, and place of deposit of their funds”
We have no funds in escrow that need to be distributed. Personally, once the commission releases my license I will be joining another brokerage to be named at a later date as a salesperson. The ownership of CAPC Brokerage LLC has stated they will continue with a brokerage but if it will be under the company name and whom the broker will be is unknown to me at this time.
I have also released all members of CAPC Brokerage LLC from the official DOBI roster. This was done to comply with Paragraph 2 of the “Office Closing Affidavit” which reads as follows:
“2. Attached to this affidavit is a list of all those persons licensed with my agency as of the date of the closing who have been terminated through the DOBI Online Licesning Services.”
All transactions that are currently active and under contract with CAPC Brokerage LLC agents, are allowed to continue to close and be paid per said agent’s realtor contract with the brokerage.
