I know her when we were studying TOEFL exam in China in 2012. She was coming United States for her high school I came here for my MBA. They were at CA a couple of years ago. I convinced them to sell their home when it’s empty after they moved back to NY. I helped them interviewed their agents and help them picked a great one. And then helped them to buy a brand new condo in queens. So many good memories. Great reunion after all.

Pure luck ! We moved into my dream home. I wouldn’t believe it if you told me about 10 years ago when I just landed in the United States for studying. I wouldn’t believe it’s happening. I basically bought from the those beautiful 3D pictures and floor plan about one and half years ago and locked my rate in Jan. 2022 for a year, the construction was delayed more than half year, at the end we would have past the rate date make our rate expire. So lucky, at end of last year we closed and got 2.75% interest rate. I am very thankful for my passed clients to help me accumulate the market knowledge over the years: we viewed so many apts in hudson county. I am thankful for my company and coworkers : I have this chance to pre-view the property before it hit the market. I would have gotten the best deal in the entire building. (After we closed, builder told me that) I am thankful for my husband, he would listen to my advice when the market doesn’t have the comps to support this price back then and willing to take a risk with me. I am the lucky person and I will work more for my clients to give the value back 🌹🌹🌹 There is always room to improve. I only compete with myself. Be a better person ❤️
