My sister-in-law and brother-in-law just became homeowners 🏡

We looked at many houses and even wrote offers but THIS WAS THE ONE! Corner lot beautiful house with big backyard for Dottie, stunning chef's kitchen for Nicole and plenty of room for everyone for get togethers ♥

There were some bumps along the way but Nicole and Rob never let it rattle them and today we officially closed! Watching family go through this process from the inside, feeling every phone call, every signature, every "wait, is that normal?" moment, made me appreciate even more how much trust it takes to hand your biggest purchase over to someone else. I am SO proud of these two!!!

A year ago, too many issues to mention found by inspection pulled Tashira and David out of a house they loved. They took a pause. A couple months ago they came back ready to try again, and after a few tough rounds of getting outbid, we found them a home right down the street from the one they lost a year ago!!

Closed TODAY 🎉 and during the walkthrough Tashira was already planning her full scale renovation, butler's pantry included. SO happy for you two!!

Congratulations Tashira and David, I am so excited for you guys and CANNOT wait to see the transformation!
