Patterson-Schwartz was proud to once again support the 5th annual Battle of the Brokers, which raised $34,000 this year for the Nemours Child Life Department. 💙🎳

At last week’s check presentation ceremony, PSA Hockessin’s Emma Burnett — a returning member of the event’s planning committee — accepted a framed piece of artwork created by a Child Life patient on behalf of Patterson-Schwartz in recognition of our sponsorship and support of the event.

We are honored to give this special memento a home and display it for all to see.

A day of hard work, teamwork, and meaningful connection 🛠️💙

Yesterday’s Patterson-Schwartz Habitat for Humanity Build Day brought together agents from across our offices to support another future homeowner on her journey. From clearing an overgrown, thorn-filled backyard to digging and setting post holes for a future shadow box fence, our volunteers rolled up their sleeves and got to work.

One of the most rewarding parts of the day was working alongside the future homeowner herself and hearing more about her path to homeownership and what this opportunity means to her.

This year’s Build Day also marked a special milestone as Dave Iliff led his final Habitat volunteer effort before passing the torch to Julianna Lee. Since 2007, Dave has helped guide Patterson-Schwartz’s long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County, creating countless opportunities for our PSA family to give back and help build stronger communities.

Thank you, Dave, for nearly two decades of leadership, heart, and dedication—and thank you to everyone who came out to make a difference yesterday 👏
