What a day at our Hockessin office! 🐾☀️

We were proud to serve as the homebase for this year’s Pints for Pups 5K—an event created by The Hadley Group to support Grassroots Dog Rescue.

With 115 runners, dedicated volunteers, and perfect weather, it was a true team effort across PSA. A big thank you to G Alencar for keeping everyone fueled with sandwiches from Perfect Cup Cafe, and to Sam Mousley for setting the tone with a live acoustic set that kept the energy going all morning.

Most importantly, the event made a meaningful impact—bringing in positive momentum and generating adoption applications for dogs in need. 🐶❤️

Thank you to The Hadley Group for creating such a special event and for partnering with our Hockessin office to make this year’s 5K one to remember!

UPDATE: The results are in: $1100 raised for The Mary Campbell Center -- Great job everyone!

Following today’s March Sales Meeting, we gathered in the lobby for one of our most successful — and definitely most delicious — fundraisers of the year. Thirteen soups (plus salads and desserts!) filled the table for our 2026 Soup’s On! event.

All funds raised will support the Mary Campbell Center, and we’re proud to give back to an organization making a meaningful impact in our community.

🎄✨ Thank you to everyone who brought so much holiday cheer to our Hockessin office party yesterday! Agents, team members, friends, family, and partners—you made the celebration feel truly special.

From festive outfits and standout ugly sweaters (congrats to our winners: 1st Place – Tim Carter, 2nd Place – Steve Hetzell, Honorable Mention – Pat McRae) to a surprise inflatable Santa appearance, the spirit was strong all afternoon. 🎅

And shoutout to everyone who joined the Guess the Peppermints in the Lantern challenge—such a fun way to keep the competition going!

🧣🧤 Our winter gear collection continues! If you'd still like to donate new hats, mittens, or socks, the box will remain in the lobby through next Wednesday. All items will be delivered to a local shelter on 12/17.

⚾️ Team spirit was in full swing yesterday!

A great group of our Hockessin colleagues, friends, and family turned out for a fun-filled outing to see the Phillies take down the Cubs 7–2! We kicked things off with a lively tailgate—complete with cold beverages, great company, and a shady spot to chill thanks to our friends at Pike Creek Mortgage.

Big thanks to everyone who joined in on the fun. Nothing beats making memories with this crew—especially when the home team brings home the W!

🚨 Fireman Dan has arrived at our Hockessin office! 🚒

As part of the Hockessin Business Association’s campaign to raise awareness and support for the Hockessin Fire Company Station 19, Fireman Dan will be visiting local businesses throughout May — including ours! 👨‍🚒 His uniform even comes with a price tag to show the true cost of outfitting a firefighter.

Please consider supporting Station 19, who must raise 50% of their annual budget on their own. Drop donations in Dan’s hat while he’s here (until tomorrow afternoon) or send via Venmo to Karen-Burke-58 with a note: “Station 19/Fireman Dan.”

Way to go everyone! It was such an honor meeting Zach today.

What started as a record-breaking Soup’s On event at PSA Hockessin just got even better!

Thanks to the amazing chefs, tasters, and generous donors at the Hockessin office, they raised an incredible $775—and with a $225 boost from the PSA Foundation, a $1,000 donation was proudly presented to SL24 UnLocke the Light Foundation! 🌟

Today, Zach Ryan, Executive Director of SL24: UnLocke the Light Foundation, visited the Hockessin office to meet the team and share more about Sean’s House, a free resource for young adults (ages 14-24) focused on mental health support, peer connection, and well-being. He also discussed the foundation’s efforts to expand its impact in local schools through Sean’s Rooms.

🎭💜Soup’s On – Mardi Gras Edition! 💜🎭

Our crew brought the flavor and the fun to this year’s Soup’s On event with a Mardi Gras twist! 🌶️🍲 From 11 crockpots filled with incredible soups, chilis, and chowders to a festive King Cake, we truly celebrated in style.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who cooked, tasted, and joined in the fun. Because of your generosity (and hearty appetites!), we raised an amazing $775 for Unlocke The Light Foundation and Sean’s House—all over lunchtime! 💜
