I passed my Maryland Real Estate salesperson test yesterday, now I’m just waiting to hear from MREC so I can apply for my license. 💪🏼👨‍🏫😁

The test felt easier than the Delaware test, but the time frame to complete it was a lot shorter. I finished with 11 seconds left. 🤯

In lighter news, I went to new agent orientation at NCCBOR this morning to state my pledge and get my realtor pin!

Update and PSA,

I thought I scheduled my MD test for this Friday at 7:30 in Newark, but apparently this first page isn’t the confirmation page. You actually have to keep scrolling and hit payment again to get to this second confirmation page with the confirmation number. 🙄 Serves me right for using the mobile website instead of my laptop…

So now I’m taking my test this Sunday, in Baltimore. The Newark location doesn’t have open slots till next Thursday… 🫠

I’m still super excited to be able to test out and get my MD real estate license so wish me luck!!

I was finally able to schedule my Maryland Real Estate Salesperson Exam! I test next Friday, May 3rd. I’m hoping to pass first try🤞🏼and start practicing in Maryland soon. Time to study up 📚👨‍🏫
