Once again, Johnson Development has multiple communities listed among the nation's top-selling.

RCLCO, a national real estate consulting firm that releases much-anticipated reports of the nation's best-selling master-planned communities, has ranked Sienna at No. 46 in the nation and Jordan Ranch at No. 49, based on sales through the first half of 2026. Both communities received top-selling recognition at the beginning of this year for 2025 new home sales.

Summer isn't over yet and neither is summer produce! Visit Harvest Green by Johnson Development tomorrow for just-picked basil, peppers, okra, melons, Asian eggplant and more. The weekly farmers market features produce from the 12-acre Village Farm, the centerpiece of our agrihood development. Local vendors also sell a variety of items.

Hours are 9 a.m. to noon at 8939 Harlem Road in Richmond.

Even as Grand Central Park by Johnson Development is less than a year from close-out, new model homes continue to open in the Conroe community.

Drees Homes recently opened a model home at 334 Silver Sage Street, showcasing floor plans designed for 60-foot homesites. Perry Homes is expected to open a new model home soon at 449 Quinn River Drive for floor plans designed for 50-foot and 45-foot homesites. Westin Homes will also open a new Grand Central Park model home soon. Located at 445 Quinn River Drive, the model home will represent floor plans for 50-foot and 45-foot properties.

Beyond homes, new businesses continue opening in the community, including EOS Fitness and soon Rooms To Go.

Big things are going on at Kresston by Johnson Development!

Buyers can now choose from homes on 60-foot and 80-foot homesites. Two builders have been added — Newmark Homes and J. Patrick Homes. And Makers Grove Park will bring a new kind of fun for Kresston kiddoes — an imagination-sparking Makers Grove Children's Village! Newmark and J. Patrick are both selling now. Makers Grove Park is set to break ground later this year.

Our Jubilee by Johnson Development community continues to grow, as more people embrace the wellness-forward lifestyle this community offers.

Beazer Homes started home sales in Jubilee this summer, with homes from the mid $300,000s. David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, and Perry Homes have all opened new model homes in the community, as well, with J. Patrick and Perry offering homes on 80-foot homesites, the largest to be offered in the community.

More than 500 families have purchased a home in Jubilee, and with so much selection, we only expect this number to grow.
