✨ From Road Trips to Rives, Tennessee ✨
Some home searches start with a showing request.
This one started with my buyers already on the road. 🛣️
I first spoke with them in March while they were already heading to Savannah, Tennessee. By the next day, we had searched, planned, and set up our first full day of showings. That pretty much set the tone for the whole journey. They were ready, they were serious, and they knew they were not going to settle.
From there, the search took us across East, West, and Middle Tennessee. They were also juggling the sale of their own home, Realtor interviews for a Seller's agent, multiple 15+ hour trips from out of state, and all the normal life logistics that do not pause just because you’re house hunting.
More than once, we packed in showings for 2-3 days at a time. Then came the final trek with the RV a day before closing, complete with a stop by the bank on the way up and midnight arrival.
And honestly? I loved every bit of the journey with them.
Well… maybe not the gas prices. Those were not exactly part of the love story. 😂
Somewhere between the showings, the long days, the back-and-forth, and the “okay, let’s look at one more” moments, they were kind enough to include me in a few family meals too. That’s the part of real estate people don’t always see, but it’s the part you fall in love with when you’re working with the right people.
The jokes never stopped, and they carried all the way through to the closing table.
Today, they officially closed on their beautiful new home in Rives, Tennessee, complete with a pool, perfectly manicured lawn, and the space they had been searching for.
I could not be happier for this sweet family and I’m so thankful they let me be part of the journey that brought them home to Tennessee. 🏡
