Also, big shout out to the Barr clan. For sale by owner that were beyond a pleasure to work with.

This transaction was beyond smooth though, only because there was a smooth realtor involved…. 🙄 😂. Kidding, kidding.

Many thanks to so many people out there for their kind words, and encouragement on my new venture in real estate. The positivity has been quite overwhelming and more than appreciated.
