A lot of issues to overcome with this one, and we encountered a lot of 'firsts' along the way here even after 39 years in the business. BUT every problem has a solution and we found each of them and got it done. The new owners are already sprucing up and putting their own stamp on this home and we can't wait to see the end result!

It was a pleasure helping this sweet couple sell their home of 33 years and downsize to a one-level home in a 55+ neighborhood better suited to their current lifestyle needs. A lot had changed since they had been in the real estate market last, but we guided them thru. I can't count how many times they said "we knew we picked the right brokers!" People like this are the reason we still find enjoyment in this crazy business 39+ years later!

Many people think that real estate is a glamorous business. Just to show you the part you don't see. We had a seller vacate a listed property and leave the state. Unfortunately it was not left in broom clean condition. Far from it. We spent two days there just vacuuming and bagging up trash inside the house (see the before and after pics) and then calling our junk/dump run connection to haul all this away, and a biohazard team to make it safe for the new buyers. Are all brokers this hands-on? Absolutely not. But we do what we need to do to get the deal done! "Not my job" is something we very rarely say to our clients.

This beauty that we listed in a 55+ community in Plymouth only lasted a week before being snapped up (actually the first offer came in on Day 1 but the buyer didn't have their house sold/ready). Meticulously maintained and clean as a whistle this one was a pleasure to show - wish we had a dozen more for the list of buyers we now have that missed out.
