🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM KENNETT HUMANE DEPARTMENT 🚨

We have had an increase in calls regarding loose dogs in our community.

⚠️ Effective immediately, there will be NO warnings if your dog is found outside of your yard. Citations will be issued.

Failure to appear on a citation can result in:
• Fines up to $500
• Up to 90 days in jail
• Community service and/or probation
(Penalties are at the Judge’s discretion.)

We assure you—keeping your dog properly secured, and providing adequate shelter, food, and water is far easier and more affordable than dealing with court consequences.
