Know When to Holden is a canal front home with direct access to the waterway. There is a dock for boat tie up. It features 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full, and 1 bunk bed), 2 baths, a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa. A large laundry room is also located on the main floor. There are 2 outdoor showers, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill. It is 1.5 blocks fr
om the public beach access and 2 blocks from the pier. The house is on a Sunday – Sunday rental schedule. Payment
The total rental cost for the one-week stay is $2400. This includes the cleaning fee. Half ($1200) will be due at the time of booking. The second half ($1200) will be due 2 weeks prior to check-in. This pet friendly home has a $250 pet fee. Make checks payable to:

Check-in is at 4:00pm on Sunday
Once you make your final payment 2 weeks before your rental date, a 4-digit key code will be sent to you that will open the door. Check-out Instructions
Check-out is at 10:00am on the following Sunday
Please remove all trash from house
Roll large trashcan to the road
Wash all dishes and return to cabinets
Do not leave dishes in the sink or dishwasher
Empty refrigerator/freezer
Leave all countertop appliances clean
Close all blinds
Leave all mattress covers, pillows, and comforters on beds
Turn off all lights and televisions
If charcoal grill was used – please empty and clean
Set air at 75
Clean dryer lint trap
Pull door shut and hit the lock button
No grease in the canal please!

Go to the end of Sanford Street and take a left. Walk 1.5 blocks and the beach access is on the right. –OR if you prefer to drive:
Go to the end of Sanford Street and take a right. Drive about 2 blocks and the pier will be on the left. Food Lion is located on the mainland right at the Causeway.
