Tina is originally from Clinton, N.C., where she honed her sales skills as an account executive for the Sampson Independent newspaper. She has also managed retail stores and worked as a loan processor. In 2004, she began her real estate career in Goldsboro, home of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, which gave her experience in serving the military market. In 2011, Tina “took the plunge” and moved to Holden Beach, where her family owned a vacation home while she was growing up, so she knew the area well. Her office today is located in Holden Beach, but she is constantly up and down the coastline – and inland, too – assisting her clients. In addition to Holden Beach, she works in the following areas: Oak Island, Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Carolina Shoes, Southport, Leland, Bolivia and Shallotte. Among the causes close to her heart are the turtle protection program and efforts to keep the beaches clean and pristine. “The beach,” she says, “is where I find my peace and serenity.”
