A few days late posting this one, but a huge congratulations to my clients on both the sale of their home and the purchase of their new one!

This transaction definitely kept us on our toes. We navigated inspection negotiations on both sides, worked through those hurdles, and then encountered a last-minute snag just before closing involving a solar transfer issue. Thankfully, my clients handled every challenge with patience, flexibility, and a great sense of humor. Together, we tackled each obstacle like a well-oiled machine and made it to the closing table right on time—which was especially important to them.

One of the best parts of this business is earning the trust of clients who come back when it’s time for their next move. I truly appreciate the loyalty of repeat clients. (Don’t worry, new clients—I like you too. 😉)
