In chapter 5 of my book, I address pricing psychology.

In the end, clients want confidence more than they want discounts.

Discount-heavy businesses can unintentionally communicate:
* Weak demand
* Low confidence
* Commodity service
* Negotiability

That does not mean you can never offer promotions, but constant discounting weakens perceived value.

Strong stagers instead focus on:
* Clear process
* Professional presentation
* Case studies
* ROI conversations
* Expertise
* Transformation

People pay more comfortably when they trust outcomes.

📅 A Quick Reminder About Our Pick-Up Policy

Our Home Staging Agreement states we require a minimum of 7 BUSINESS DAYS’ notice.

A few important details:

• Business days are Monday through Friday.
• Business days do not include the 11 federal holidays aka bank holidays.
• The day you contact us to request your pick-up does not count as one of the 7 business days.
• Pick-up requests made with fewer than 7 business days’ notice can only be accommodated if our schedule allows and will be subject to a $500 overtime/rush fee.
• We do not schedule staging pick-ups the day of or the day prior to closing.

As soon as you accept an offer, please communicate with us. We can always pencil in a pick-up and cancel or reschedule as needed, but squeezing in a last-minute request is not always possible and will result in a fee. No exceptions.

Pick-ups are planned in advance around installs and available trucks, movers and staffing. The more notice we have, the better we can ensure everything runs smoothly so you close on time.

Never wait until 1) a signed P&S, 2) a mortgage contingency or 3) a clear to close request your pick-up… especially if you’re scheduled to close quickly.

Regarding all installs and pick-ups, we are now booking the week of 9/14.
