It has been a Pleasure to have been a part of my father Norman Cohen’s (and Hallie) beloved Park. It’s with great sadness the park has sold. As of August 1, 2022 JMMHP is owned by new owners.

I wish all the best to all the tenants at the Park. I will miss all the moments good and bad. Your a great group!

PS. Try to remember the flowers in the summer !!

6 th Annual SPRING FLING. Thanks everyone for your contributions. We had Hamburgers, hot dogs. Susans BBQ baked beans and tiny weenies were fabulous, Christie meatballs yummy, Mel’s coleslaw from scratch! And not to forget Robyn’s veggie and fruit plates, Jozef’s chicken sandwiches ! Karla Kosner thanks for the cupcakes and prepping the corn for bbq. Carl for setting up and running the Grill you were awesome. Mel you made everything better with the use of your kitchen your fans and just everything. The 90 degree weather was pretty bad and Billy and Jozef our senior residents tried to stick it out but retreated to their A/C units. To be honest so did I ! We made sure you got plates of food hope that helped Not to forget our late comer Steve glad you had a chance to say hello and last. This post is for Carol Campbell for assuming something without the facts Our mailboxes were worn out and half wouldn’t stay closed. Robyn or Bo made it a point to check on them daily. The problem is now fixed and Carol I hope you enjoy the new plain mailboxes. You complained about the multi color ones. Those videos are falsely accusing our employees of going through others mail. It was incorrect.

With great sadness our beloved owner Norman Cohen passed away 2/3/20. Jay May Mobile Home Park was bought by Norman & Haley (R. I. P. ) In 2009. He spent many many hours at the Park. He will be remembered for his kindness understanding and patience with JMMHP Tenants. We will miss you Norman
