Most of the time, it comes down to pricing, preparation, and how the home is presented from the very beginning.

Buyers decide how they feel about a listing in seconds, usually before they ever book a showing. If the price doesn’t make sense or the photos don’t wow buyers, they move on, even if the home itself has great potential.

Whenever I work with buyers I see how a home that is well taken care of increases their interest in the property exponentially.

• Replace HVAC filters (inspectors love to point out when these have been neglected!)
