Sometimes no matter how hard you try to save a deal, the best advice is to walk away and start over.
Several common items that can stop a Real Estate deal dead in their tracks

1. Inspection items- If the items that arise on inspection are either too expensive, or too detrimental to ignore. Ex: Extensive water damage, mold or foundation issues.

2. Appraisal- If the home appraises for an amount vastly different from the sales price and both parties can’t agree on a new price, or the buyer can’t come up with the extra funds to cover the difference.

Real estate deals have many moving parts. Contracts, deadlines, conditions.

Sometimes your dream home can end up being a nightmare home and the best advice can be walking away from the contract and finding a new dream home.
