The cutest house is officially off the market! There is so much that goes beyond taking photos & putting the home on the internet. Billy & Katie put in a lot of hard work over the past few months to get their home ready to hit the market. We were able to work with them to help provide ideas to work on to help capitalize on the things that we knew buyer's would love about their home. Having your home "show ready" is usually a lot different than how we live in our homes BUT the reward of putting in the work goes a long way. We love seeing how these changes transform a space and help our seller's get top dollar for their home!
