After a week of back and forth negotiations, we are officially PENDING! 🏡 We were able to secure this beautiful custom home tucked into the dunes of Grand Haven off market for less than the sellers were asking. Opportunities like this are rare, and when everything finally comes together after a long week of negotiating, it is such an incredible feeling!
