We offer a variety of services including long term rentals, vacation rentals, Condominium and Homeowner Association management, and maintenance & construction services. As housing market demands have grown and changed, we have expanded to offer a wider variety of services including vacation rentals and homeowners association management. In all, we manage over 8,000 properties including houses, condominiums, homeowner associations, and a growing portfolio of vacation rentals. BVW is excited to share the newest piece of artwork in our office.

Created by Marlee Murch, a student artist from Saugatuck Middle School titled this "The Opposite" and said she wanted to create something that showed her own creativity and personality.

We are fortunate to have this hanging in our office, through a program called 'Art a Loan' by the Saugatuck Center for the Arts.

The Art a Loan pieces are selected by local art professionals and feature talented student artists from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Each piece is professionally matted, framed and labeled, what a way to celebrate creativity and community!
