Taylor and Gabby from our HOA team recently attended the Lakeshore Association of Condominium Associations (LACA) Spring Educational Dinner, alongside speakers from Nederveld Inc.

During the event, Kevin from Hirzel Law presented an informative session covering upcoming 2026 Fannie Mae lending guideline updates.
Including reserve funding, insurance, and governance red flags that can place an association on the lending “blacklist.”

The market has wide variety of vendors, from farm fresh fruits and vegetables, to flowers and plans, and even baked goods from over 75 different vendors!
