A little over two years ago, this story started with a FaceTime call ❤️

This family was relocating from Colorado to West Michigan and were looking for their very first home. We found the one, wrote the offer, and I helped them purchase it… all while they were still in Colorado.

In fact, they had never even stepped foot inside the home before they bought it. I showed it to them through FaceTime, they trusted me, and just like that, they were officially homeowners in Michigan. 🏡

Fast forward two years, and today I got to sit beside them again as they closed on that very first home.

This time, though, they are headed off to their next adventure in Indiana. ❤️

I love that real estate gives me the opportunity to be part of these bigger life moments. Not just helping someone buy or sell a house, but getting to walk alongside them through the changes, moves, new beginnings and everything in between.

I’m so grateful they trusted me from Colorado to Michigan, and now from Michigan to Indiana.

What a full circle moment. And while I’m sad to see them leave, I’m incredibly excited for this next chapter they are stepping into.

Here’s to new beginnings, new adventures and the memories still to come. ❤️

Two years. One home that didn’t work out. And today… the keys to the one that did. 🗝️🏡

Two years ago, I helped this first time home buyer write an offer on a home she really hoped would be hers. Unfortunately, that one didn’t work out. But we kept going, kept looking, and kept trusting that the right home was still out there.

And today, she got the keys. ❤️

And somehow, the sweetest part of this story is that this isn’t just any neighborhood… it’s the neighborhood where she grew up.

Talk about a full circle moment.

I am so incredibly proud of her and so honored that I got to walk alongside her through the disappointment, the waiting, the searching, and finally… the celebration.

Sometimes the home we think we want isn’t the home that was meant for us. Sometimes the journey takes a little longer because there’s something even better waiting at the end of it.

There are some real estate transactions that just feel a little extra special… and this one is definitely one of them 💙

This weekend, we got an accepted offer on my buyers very first home! 🏡 And after navigating a multiple offer situation, I couldn’t be more excited for what this next chapter holds for him.

I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow up over the years, and I’ve also had the joy of becoming good friends with his parents. So to now have the opportunity to walk alongside him as he purchases his first home is something I don’t take lightly.

There’s just something so special about watching someone you’ve known for years reach these big milestones in life. One minute you’re watching them grow up, and the next you’re talking about inspections, offers, closing dates and keys 💙

Buying your first home is a BIG deal. There are a lot of questions, a lot of decisions and probably a few moments of “wait… are we really doing this?!” 😂 But that’s exactly why I love what I do. I get to be there for all of it… to guide, encourage, answer the questions, navigate the bumps and celebrate the wins right alongside my clients.

I am so honored that I get to be part of this chapter and even more excited to watch him make this house his HOME.

Congratulations! I have a feeling this is just the beginning of some really good things ahead. 🏡🔑

Sometimes the best homes aren’t even for sale yet. 🏡✨

My buyers knew they wanted to be at Baker Lofts. I showed them every condo that was currently on the market, and after making two offers on a different unit, we just couldn’t quite get the deal together.

But I knew how badly they wanted to call Baker Lofts home, so I got to work. I started making calls, talking to other agents, doing a little detective work, and ultimately connected with a Baker Lofts owner who had been considering selling… but hadn’t even listed their condo yet.

And last night, I got to send my buyers the text every agent loves to send: “Your offer was accepted!” 🎉

And the best part? It’s an even better unit than the one we had originally been pursuing… and it wasn’t even for sale!

This is one of those transactions that reminds me why I love what I do. Sometimes it takes more than searching the MLS. It takes relationships, persistence, creativity, and a willingness to keep digging until you find the right opportunity.
