How it started……
Vs how it’s going!!!!

We cut down that big ugly tree that covered half of the house.
Took down the shutters.
Started painting over the sad brown with rich color called “Regent Green”
Things are moving along nicely over here at flip 14.

Here’s all the before and after pics from flip house 13. We added a second full bathroom upstairs, refinished all the original wood floors, new bath on the main floor, new kitchen, and lots and lots of paint!!!

Flip #13 is really coming along!

I spent 6+ hours painting the rest of all the trim (twice of course) which means all the dark crazy colors are gone!

Had to go to Menards for more paint. My apologies to any holland people who saw through the holes in my pants and I had zero make up on. Looking real classy lol.

Floors are sanding up nicely.

The staircase is looking AMAZING thanks to some help from Dad. 💪🏻💙 I will have Tim post before and after.

Kitchen cabinets are going up tonight and my next trip I will finish painting the last two rooms on the main floor!

How it started to how it’s going. We’re on day 80 something at flip 13, drywall is finished so now we’re painting like crazy!!!😍
Mrs VHs dad worked hard at getting all that pink paint off the stair trim today, what a guy!💪🏻

Demo can be fun, but it’s a lot of hard work! This vintage home is getting a big makeover. Not my house or my project, just the job site for this week. (3 days)
That original tile bathroom was in mint condition, it was a little sad to tear it out. I was hoping that yellow corner cabinet could have home with me, but it turned out it was just shelves and trim, the back was the actual walls.
