The beast of a chicken coop hidden within the garage that had to get demoed. It took 20 man hours and over a 20 yard dumpster!😷
Also, peep the new bathrooms!😍

House flip 14 is in the books!
We painted the exterior, removed the shutters, whole new kitchen, new legal banister, new bathroom, new 2nd bathroom downstairs, new 4th BR downstairs, fresh paint, doors, trim, carpet and LVP throughout, and a ton of landscaping!
The worst part, removing the fortress of an illegal chicken coop built inside the garage!

How it started……
Vs how it’s going!!!!

We cut down that big ugly tree that covered half of the house.
Took down the shutters.
Started painting over the sad brown with rich color called “Regent Green”
Things are moving along nicely over here at flip 14.
