Our property management team works around the clock to provide professional service to all our customers’ needs. We are creating a revolutionary style of renting. Each one of our homes is chosen carefully and sent into a “renovation“ phase. During renovation, we carefully design our floor plans to best fit our vision for the home while maintaining the home’s natural beauty(we call this the “Fox” t

ouch). While most landlords look for quantity instead of quality to pull the most profit, we take a different approach. Each one of our tenants must submit to a credit and background check and have stable and reliable employment. We also have a ZERO tolerance policy on evictions. If you’ve been forced out, you will not meet our approval standards. While this process seems strenuous, we promise you it is not. Our property management team works hard and diligently in order to make the application process a breeze for you and for us! WOW! We are blown away by how quickly this massive project was rented. This home turned out absolutely STUNNING and we are so proud to add this 3 bed 2.5 bath Altoona classic to our Fox Home collection! So much time, dedication, and LOVE was put into this home and we could not have done it without our extremely talented Adam Barfield! We only had this listed for a day on one platform just so we could get a feel for how the market would react, as we know it is one of a kind in the area! We did not even get a chance to do a tour video or final pictures! Enjoy the pictures we were able to snap just before this gem was complete!
