Today was a great day for a double closing!🏠🏡 So happy for my wonderful clients ☺️ We were able to get the home they were selling under contract after only 1 day on market🎉 And we found the perfect new place for them love! ❤️ Today we closed on both properties within minutes of each other. In 2013 a sweet couple❤️ asked me to help them find their first home. We found a cute place in Springvale.🏡 Three years later they asked me to help them sell that house which they had turned into a wonderful home. And they asked me to help them find a new place to love. We sold the Springvale home then 11 days later we closed 📃 on their fantastic property in North Berwick 👨‍🌾👩‍🌾🚜.
Fast forward 8 years... Today I had the honor to help them close the sale of that home! Now they are ready for the next adventure! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this beautiful family 🎉 CONGRATULATIONS Greg and Shay!
