Prior to my affiliation with Prudential Verani, I was with RE/MAX Properties for 7 years and before that with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I am a second generation REALTOR—my mother Gail Phillips GRI, CRS, has been actively
selling Real Estate in the southern NH region for over 35 years. My twin sister, Laura Roussel is also in Real Estate sales and marketing focusing on new construction (she works for builder, Kevin Slattery of Etchstone Properties). I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Greater Manchester-Nashua Board of Realtors. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by only the top 5% of Realtors nationwide, as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I also hold a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) designation, which focuses on the emotional, economic, and physical transitions seniors face as they decide to sell their family homes and downsize and/or transition to assisted living facilities. I am native of Connecticut and has lived in Glastonbury and Rowayton (small oceanside town near Darien). I have been a resident of Nashua since 1976 and most of my family still lives in Nashua or Merrimack
I am a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of New Hampshire and majored in Political Science (gotta love Liberal Arts degrees!)
I have taken extensive coursework in Interior Design--a long held passion. I enjoy working out...Yoga, spinning, body pump, kickboxing and taking long walks. I have 3 nephews (25, and two 21 yr olds) and a niece (18 yrs old) whom I adore
