The Ferreira-Kunz Group Trust. Tradition. Legacy. Marilyn Ferreira started her career in Real Estate in 1972. She soon realized that real estate was her passion.

Marilyn always puts her clients first and became a household name in San Benito County. Renee Kunz joined her mother in the business and is a third generation Realtor. Renee received her Broker’s license in 1987 after she obtained her degree from University of Arizona and had a triple major in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate. Renee joined her mother a few years later after gaining a deep under

standing of finance. Both Marilyn and Renee believe in organized Real Estate and contributing to the Community they reside in. Both mother and daughter were President of the Association of Realtors, and both Mother and daughter were named Realtor of the Year by their peers. Besides selling real estate, Renee is the Vice President and Managing Officer of the Hollister Intero Real Estate office. In 2006, Renee’s husband John became licensed and joined the team. John brought great knowledge to their practice having built a successful Home Inspection Business. John inspected over 5000 homes while he owned his home inspection Company. In 2021, Renee and John’s son joined Intero Real Estate Services and we officially formed the Ferreira-Kunz Group with Marilyn. Alex is a fourth generation Realtor, bringing our Group a new fresh way to help our clients. We base our business and the following principles: Trust, Respect and Loyalty.
