🚨 Scam Alert – Stay Vigilant! 🚨

This just happened to us yesterday, and it’s a good reminder for everyone in real estate (and renters too) to trust your instincts.

We received repeated requests from someone asking us to click a link to “connect with him and his wife” about one of our listings. Something felt off… and instead of taking the bait, our response was simple: “No thanks.”

Turns out, it was likely a scam attempt.

Unfortunately, these situations are becoming more common, and they can look very convincing. Always be cautious when:
• Someone pushes you to click external links
• Communication feels rushed or overly persistent
• The request doesn’t follow normal, professional channels

At H&M Property Management, protecting our clients, owners, and listings is a top priority. When in doubt, pause and verify.

H&M Property Management Maintenance – Hard at Work! 💪🌳
Tree roots the size of a tree were pulled out, and the damaged pipe was replaced! Some jobs are definitely dirtier than others, but our crew never backs down from a challenge.
