I see someone who is suddenly getting alerts for homes they actually like. I see someone realizing the quiet winter inventory is over. I see someone wondering if they should keep watching… or finally make a move. I get it, but here is what I know after doing this for years. The people who waited in 2019 watched prices climb quickly in many markets. The people who waited in 2021 ended up dealing with higher rates.
