From RV dreams to waterfront living… this one was a journey 💫

My amazing clients came all the way from Michigan, and we first connected through Zillow with a simple goal: finding 1–2 acres of land where they could park their RV and escape those cold winter months here in Florida ☀️

As we started working together, their plans began to change. They realized they wanted to be closer to family in Port Charlotte, so we shifted the search to homes instead.

We wrote an offer on the first home and didn’t get it. Then we found the second one and it checked every box… boat slip, pool, furnished 😍 but after the inspection, the fact that it was a wood frame home became a deal breaker for them.

At that point, they almost gave up, but we kept going 💪

Then we found the one. A 2019-built home on a canal, built by Maronda Homes. It doesn’t have a seawall or boat slip yet, but it gave them exactly what they needed most, confidence, peace of mind, and so much potential.

After months of searching since September/October 2025, we officially closed in April 2026 🎉🏡

I’m so excited to share my first closing with Paramount Home Group! Since joining the team in January, things started off slow, I’ve been taking my time, soaking in every moment with my baby boy and handling family life but business is picking up, and I’m beyond grateful 🙌🏽
