Welp...things happen, things beyond anyones control...Our buyer terminated, and for reasons even their agent could not wrap their head around. Sometimes it's a financing issue, sometimes it's regarding excessive repairs and then sometimes its "just because"...maybe cold feet, maybe second guessing themselves, maybe they found something they liked better....who knows...
