My sellers reached out to me and told me they had an amazing opportunity to relocate, that they couldn't pass up, and they asked me for the best/quickest solution to selling their home. The caveat to it all, they have 2 dogs, chickens and ducks, 2 cats and a toddler...and getting the home ready for showings and keeping it that way was daunting. They wanted a quick, easy solution, that did not involve public showings or any listing prep. Of course they contacted OpenDoor and OfferPad but their offers came with low sales prices and tons of fees and strings attached. We sat and discussed a few plans/options, and low and behold, we secured a CASH buyer, who closed in 7 days and gave them another 30 days to remain in the home to make their smooth transition to their next home! My sellers are thrilled, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome all around!
