PSA: DO NOT buy a house from a tract builder without an agent. The agent in their office or on that sign represents the builder and only the builder. They owe you no loyalty and owe you no help with all the paperwork. In 99.9% of cases you can call an agent to represent you and you owe them nothing. Your agent’s commission is paid by the seller(builder). A house is typically your biggest purchase in life, have someone representing you in the transaction especially if it’s free.

Rent prices will continue to increase.
Home prices will most likely increase towards summer and fall when rates will dip.
Housing prices will go up there will be much more competition. Imagine going to a showing on day 1 and there being a line of showings out the door.
There will be less paid closing costs, more overpriced offers, less repairs, less price reductions.
Remember all the times I’ve accurately predict the market?? Well I remember and everyone who has bought has built a lot of equity so far.
