"I highly recommend Trellis Pointe Apartments in Holly Springs. It’s a smaller, more quaint property which makes it feel peaceful and welcoming, but the floor plans are huge and surprisingly spacious. One of the best parts of the experience was working with Megan, the property manager. She is absolutely phenomenal. She is kind, professional, extremely responsive, and genuinely cares. She answered every question quickly and thoroughly, and communication was excellent from start to finish. She even approved an application for a friend the same day, which was so impressive. The location is also amazing. You’re close to Cary and Apex, and less than 10 minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and pretty much everything you need. If you’re looking for a place with spacious apartments and staff that truly cares and will actually help you, ask for Megan. She is wonderful!!!"
