Pricing your home correctly can be the single most important factor when you're selling your house...even in this market!

You don't want to overprice the property because you'll limit interest and offers and potentially lose the freshness of the home's appeal after the first few days in this market! Now, if a home is on the market more than 7 days we think something is wrong with it. Demand and interest will fade and your offers will be lower than if you priced it appropriately.

Currently we are seeing 5+ offers and 40+ showings in the first couple days. All of that interest and activity drives up the price people are willing to pay!

It is standard practice for the seller to pay the real estate commission of both the seller’s agent and the buyer's agent typically splitting a 5-6% commission on the price of the house.

Think you are getting a better deal on NEW CONSTRUCTION with no agent? Think again!!! You will be paying the same cost regardless of if you are represented or not, so look into a good agent that has your best interests at heart! 🥰
