I probably shouldn’t admit that I have a favorite client…but I do. ❤️

We first met at a completely blind listing appointment. Her home had been listed before and didn’t sell. This time, we sold it fast and for full price.

But as proud as I am of that result, the relationship that came from it means even more.

She started as a client and became someone I truly love. And yes, we actually tell each other, “I love you.” 🥹

This is my favorite part of real estate.

Sometimes you walk into a listing appointment as complete strangers and walk away with a relationship you’ll treasure forever.

Inspection day today…The moment every seller gets nervous about 😅

I’m not represented the buyers. I’m representing the sellers. I’m here to separate the real concerns from inspection report overload, and keep the transaction moving forward.

And remember this for when you sell your home. A 47 page inspection report does not mean you have to fix 47 pages of items.

And yes my car has a ton of hair ties and is a mess. I’m a busy mom of girls.💗💗
