This is a special sale for the books.
What began with a simple cold call from a buyer searching for a specific home in Parkland quickly turned into something much bigger.
The home he originally called me about had already gone under contract, and he was devastated.
In his eyes, it was the perfect home, as if the previous owner had designed every detail specifically for him, right down to the finishes and furnishings.
But I believed I could find him something even better.

Through my network, I was able to introduce him to an off-market property that originally began as an investment opportunity for a developer friend of mine.
The home was far from complete. In fact, construction was still underway when I first brought my buyer to see it. But I had walked this property years before and immediately recognized what it had the potential to become.
The moment we stepped through the front door, my client saw it too. He could envision the future of the home, the design, the lifestyle, and ultimately the place he, his wife and family would create their forever memories in.
What started as a property in need of vision became a market-defining sale built on creativity, trust, strategic relationships, and belief in what was possible.
