Homes are still selling in the Clermont area — just differently than they were a few years ago.

What we’re seeing now is a shift back toward a more balanced market.

Buyers are being more cautious because of higher interest rates, rising insurance costs, taxes, and overall affordability. At the same time, inventory has increased, giving buyers more options and more negotiating power.

That means homes that are overpriced, need significant updates, or aren’t marketed well are often sitting longer than expected.

The reality is:
Well-priced homes that show well are still selling.
