Good morning! Be aware that you might need extra funds depending on how exclusive an rental community could be. They require certain income requirements, credit score, extra security deposits for key fobs, parking permits, mail key, garage key, etc. It’s always better to have more money available in the bank instead of having the exact amount that you think you might need when renting or buying a home.

some people aren’t aware that realtors have access to the MLS and that is “Multiple listing service”. Realtors can see what other realtors put on the market. It could be single family homes, condos, townhouses, duplexes, etc
