Good afternoon my fellow residents! Hope all is well with you.

The ballots of this year's elections have been mailed out. You should be receiving them soon. Please make sure if you do not receive them in time for any mysterious reason before the October 28th 6:00pm deadline, to ask for another copy from the association, and most importantly to hand deliver them to the office, or place them in our Dropbox by gym.

It is imperative to cast your vote if you all want the changes we desire and strive for.

Our new candidates we support for the board are:

3. Antonios Kyriacou

Good morning my fellow owners and residents! It's been a while. I hope you're all safe and well. These are quite unique and unprecedented times we all live in.
Just want to remind everyone to vote in these upcoming elections in our community this October. We all finally want some much needed change in our leadership, which has failed us for years. New candidates will run this year, and we emplore you to do your homework and vote for them! Names will be released next month.

Greetings my fellow neighbors, I know it's been a while...Hopefully everyone is doing well. I write now to inform you all of the continuous car break-ins. More specifically the recent 8 cars on the North side, and one even being stolen. It's reached a point where it's become ridiculous! The thing that bothers me the most, is the secrecy. It's the board's duty to inform us all of everything that happens!!! Moreover their plan to minimize or eliminate these pety crimes. So far, all they've done is install more cameras. Pointless. "Unfortunately until something bad happens to one, only then one cares". I'm truly saddened these events are continously happening. I love this community, and I'm glad of all the improvements thus far. A solution needs to be found and fast. Enough is enough!!! Please be safe all, and look out for each other. Call the Police if you see something suspicious. Thank you and be safe!✌

Greetings my fellow residents. Hope all is well with you. So the annual budget meeting is taking place on Wed Oct 17th, at 6:00 pm. Make sure you all attend and voice your right to know where all your hard earned money is going.
More specifically, if you compare last year's budjet to the proposed new one, there are a few questionable changes and adjustments in the ledger sheet. I for one believe every single dollar should be broken down as to where it goes, and not bundled up into general catagories. I have no problem if it goes to a righteous place, but if there is an increase of for example, 11% in payroll, I'd like an explanation.
Always remember, First Service works for us! We are the employer and they are the employee. Our board members are our elected representatives. We vote them in, and we can vote them out. We appreciate their time and efforts given that it is a volunteered position, but at the same time we have rights too. , .

Greetings my fellow neighbours, hope all is well. So these are the new pathway lights that were installed. Lights should always hit on 3 points: 1) Functionality, 2) Value, and 3) Beautification. All 3 are equally important. They do provide more than adequate light at night. They are of good value (LED), and a decent price point. Finally, do they hit on beautification? Any thoughts?

Greetings my fellow residents, hope all is well. Glad to see the sidewalks have been repaired correctly this time, and also the new additions are welcome. They've been strategically placed to help the overall flow of pedestrian traffic. Looking forward to more improvements done thoughtfully and designed appropiatly. Have a great week!

Greetings my fellow neighbours, while we're glad ONE of the larger projects has FINALLY began (repair of sidewalks), once again another project (the dog park), had not been thought out through well enough.
It's been placed in the northwest side of the property, which by the way was the best place due to the largest space available. Yet the total gated area only covers less than half of it. Why even bother making it, if it will be that small? It is so small that it would only accommodate 3 to 4 dogs at a time. Why not utilize the entire north fence that borders the Pinehurst property? It's already there. Therefore it would minimize the total fencing used (less cost). They should've incorporated the entire area, that way there would be more space for the dogs to run, a few benches could've been added for people to sit, with more trees within it, the drain would be in the middle to ensure proper draining (instead of directly adjacent to the closed area), and the doggy p**p station would've been within the gated area, instead of outside it!!!! In addition the gate is only the standard 4 feet wide, without another entrance being placed for the landscapers to enter with the mowing machine. I guess they have to use the weedwacker now for the entire area. Genius! Furthermore, the exterior area of the park is completely useless as the space can't be utilized for anything else.
This has become a habit now. Half a** jobs. If you're going to do something, do it right!!!😡😡

Greetings all, if someone can help on this:
We've been trying to reach these people (Eagle Eye Parking) everyday for the past week. We've called them everyday, 3 times a day, at different times of the day. Even left messages on their voicemail. In all cases No answer and No return call. In fact their automated message said "all representatives are busy". How many representatives do they have? One???. Please enlighten us, anybody. What's the secret to reach these people?

While we're glad part of the broken pathways are being repaired, 33 days later, I believe the cement is dry. 🙄

Adding on to the previous post, to the year of half-a** jobs, the staircase repairs were done at least 6 months ago, and many have yet to be painted correctly or at all for that matter. Evident from pic below:

What amazes me, is that tri-color staircase, is right in the daily path of one of our board members. I'm sorry, but that would drive me crazy.
