Pretty cool closing from this year. Helping my childhood friends purchase their first home. It's a good time to buy. Right now there are more houses for sale than there are buyers. As a buyer this gives you more leverage to negotiate. Sellers are more willing to come down on their asking price and assist with closing cost. Instead of renting, which requires First, Last, and a Security deposit. You can use that money as a down payment and ask the seller to assist with the closing cost. If you don't have the money saved up you can also borrow from your retirement account. Just ask me how.
