Fort Lauderdale has had so many great shows lately, and this was such a fun one.

I went to see America at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts with my husband Brian and a friend. Brian was the one who really wanted to go, and I’ll be honest, I was not completely sure at first.

But I ended up having the best time.

There is something about hearing classic rock live that brings back so many memories. The music, the crowd, the familiar songs, and everyone around you singing along — it just makes the night feel special.

A beautiful evening in Fort Lauderdale, great live music, and good company. Sometimes the plans you are not the most excited about turn into the ones you are really glad you said yes to.

A special night at The Parker in Fort Lauderdale seeing Graham Nash with my father and my husband.
My dad got us wonderful seats, and it made the evening even more memorable. There is something so special about hearing classic songs live — especially from an artist whose music has been part of so many people’s lives for decades.
Between the music, the stories, and the family time, it was one of those simple nights that stays with you.
