Today as I turn 55 years old I’m forever grateful how God has blessed me…it’s all because of him, he truly gets all the glory.

That said the Italy trip orchestrated by my soul mate Kristin Ericksen | Peak Performance Coach for us to look at Italy investment properties and explore different regions was a true 1 of 1 experience thank you my love for always being by my side, always (most the time) believing in me, and for loving me as I am, while always pushing me to the new higher levels that I’m capable of….I love you and am forever grateful for you.

Today I’m also grateful for my son Deaven Jace Thielen I love you son, I am proud of you, and I am always here for you.

I’m also grateful for an amazing incredible team that together we are changing lives, so thank you Crystal, Julian, Tammy, Sara, Joanna, Hannah, Jessica and more.

I’m grateful for my brother Derek Thielen and his wife Michelle Thielen YOGAFAITH , thank you for believing in me and helping me through life’s tough challenges and entrusting me…I’m forever grateful for you both.

My Inspirational Story On Gods Plan…Gods Timing…& Gods Will 🙏

For over a decade I tried forcing a relationship that wasn’t Gods will …thinking I can fix this, don’t quit, I can do this. Then, one day I looked into what the Bible, and GODS words and definition of what love is. Immediately I realized what I was in wasn’t love at all, it was simply a trauma bond.

Then my friend Ed Mylett - Entrepreneur who I spoke at an event with in 2018 that day talked about getting to heaven one day and having God show you this AMAZING life only not to recognize who that person or that life was. Then When you asked God why he showed you that… he said that’s the life I had in store for you…and at that moment that hit me right between the eyes like a ton of bricks. I knew in my soul that would be me if I didn’t do something!

So, at 49 years old (almost 50) I decided if I wanted to live my best life and that one God wanted for me I had to move, to jump, and to go towards what was in my soul. God then spoke to me one day when I asked for him to guide me the answer, move son!

So I did…and from that day he has restored everything in my life x100 fold, and he can and will do the same for you if you turn to him.

Today, I want you to know that you don’t need all the answers , nor do you need to see the whole staircase. You only need to move toward your best life, the one God has in store for you.

Many times we go towards what’s familiar… not towards what’s best for us until we become aware. Then once aware we can move with intention towards our best life…our best version of us…the one GOD had in store for us all along. That’s why it’s called FAITH.

One of my ALL TIME dreams being raised by an Italian Grandmother has been to come to Italy…since moving towards Gods voice 5 years ago, I’ve now been here twice , and we are working on buying a place here to split time.

So…listen to your gut , usually that’s GOD speaking to you, you know what you gotta do. While choices aren’t easy sometimes, it’s always comforting when you’re doing it for God and for You, because you only have one life here on earth 🌍

You got this… now go live your best life my friend.

Can You Really GET RICH With CHEAP Homes?

When I took the leap of faith 21 years ago I wa scared, I was hesitant, but I knew I needed to do something and try something different than what everyone else was doing.

So…knowing ZERO about real estate 🏡 I took immediate action. I didn’t wait for the perfect timing OR about to be busy or things to slow down because there’s never a perfect time…if there’s one thing I’ve learned the best TIME IS ALWAYS NOW ✅.

The truth is with a poor upbringing came a broke mindset and I had to shed a lot of that but that only happens by taking the leap and taking action. The more action I took wins started stacking, I started learning from even the mistakes, and 21 years later, 4,000 properties sold and a solid portfolio… we are the WORLDS BEST at doing this for others.

BUT it wasn’t easy…this is why people all over the world come to us because WE WILL DO IT FOR YOU so you don’t have to.

All Glory To My Lord & Savior Jesus Christ For This Message (Please Share)

Listen...life ain't always sunshine and roses, I know this firsthand.

I too have experienced abuse, death of loved ones, depression, suicidal thoughts, people doing me wrong, haters, and the list goes on and on. However I want to encourage you to choose to be the VICTOR and not the VICTIM...you see that's the free will GOD gives you and me.

I also.....just like many of you have had many great days...many laughs, wins, successes, and good times with family or loved ones, etc.

In all this I just want to let you know whoever is needing to hear this message that GOD LOVES YOU. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. And even though storms come, he won't give you any more than you can handle and it's meant to teach you a lesson.

So today, remember Jesus loves you and has always been there for you even when you couldn't see he was working all things for you good like a relationship , a business venture, a partnership, a marriage, or situation out for your best interest even if it seemed or seems hard at that or this time.

All you have to do is ask Jesus to come into your life, start this moment anew, as for forgiveness, and he will grant you a clean and fresh start. See you're not meant to carry that burden you've been carrying he is. Trust in Jesus he's the way the truth, and the light.

Just say this prayer with me...

Heavenly Father,
we thank You for Your goodness and Your grace.

Lord Jesus,
we invite You into our hearts and into our lives. Fill us with Your peace, Your love, and Your truth.

Guide our steps,
forgive our sins,
and help us walk in Your light each day.

We trust You, we receive You,
and we welcome You in.
