We’ve learned that building luxury homes is the easy part compared to managing personalities, emotions, timelines, expectations, and everything else that comes with construction.

But at the end of the day, this business has always been about people for us. The relationships, the trust, the families we’ve gotten to build for again and again.

This is one of the most common patterns we see.

“We’ll figure it out as we go” sounds flexible.
In reality, it creates constant decisions during construction, and that’s where projects start to lose time, money, and momentum.
