Meet Gianella Alvarez, an integral member of the Macken Companies and VCM Builders team whose role spans both property management and construction administration.

As Property Manager for Macken Companies, Gianella oversees our Hollywood office building - from renovations and ongoing property upkeep to day-to-day operations and tenant satisfaction.

For VCM Builders, Gianella serves as Director of Contract Administration, working directly with Principal Andy Verzura and helping manage the administrative side of construction projects, including contracts, subcontractor coordination, permitting and accounting.

Her ability to manage the details across both real estate operations and construction makes Gianella an important part of keeping our properties and projects running smoothly.
