This home now has new owners ✨

Working with my buyers on this one was such a rewarding experience from start to finish.
We first connected last summer when she was just beginning her journey into homeownership. We stayed in touch, kept watching the market together, and made sure we were clear and aligned on what she truly wanted.

When we finally found “the one” in April, it went under contract the same day—and like many buyers, it would’ve been easy to feel discouraged.
But we stayed patient.

A few weeks later, it came back on the market, and everything we had prepared for came into play. We moved quickly, stayed focused, and submitted a strong offer right away. That preparation and timing made all the difference.
