This ramp saved an entire moving day in North Miami Beach.

The move took place inside an older townhouse community with a narrow parking lot, cars parked on both sides, and almost no room for a moving truck to maneuver.

Our crew found the only position where the truck could park without blocking residents or risking damage to nearby vehicles.

But there was one problem:

The liftgate needed a clear, level operating area directly behind the truck—and this parking lot didn’t leave enough room to use it safely.

Repositioning the truck wasn’t possible.
Blocking the community entrance wasn’t an option.
Canceling the customer’s move was out of the question.

So the crew changed the setup.

They secured the commercial loading ramp and directed it toward the only open section of the parking area, creating a safe working route between the townhouse and the truck.

No wasted day.
No rescheduling.
No “Sorry, we can’t do it.”

The liftgate couldn’t work at this North Miami Beach location—but the ramp, and a crew that knew how to adapt, made the entire move possible. 💪🚚
