BCA is focused on acquiring retail shopping centers leased to national, regional, and local retailers in well-located and often overlooked trade areas. Led by experienced industry veterans, BCA combines decades of relationships, integrity, and disciplined ex*****on to identify opportunities where complexity creates value.
As sponsor, BCA sources, underwrites, and manages each investment from start to finish. We invest our own capital alongside our partners, ensuring alignment and shared success while providing investors access to ownership and tax advantages without operational burden.
Our focus includes multi-tenant retail centers and single-tenant net lease assets anchored by essential retailers such as grocers, fitness operators, restaurants, pharmacies, and service providers. Every investment is evaluated through both an investor and operator lens, prioritizing income stability, tenant quality, and long-term value creation.
